Training and human resources management
Egis Bdpa operates in the field of in-service training of executives and assistance in the development of professional training.
In-service training for executives: The “Institut Forhom”, an Egis Bdpa training department, offers a wide range of training products:
- Standard training sessions in France : over 30 training sessions are organised each year in our centre in La Rochelle (public finance, public contracts, decentralisation, local authorities, management, human resources management, project management, information and communication).
- Turnkey training sessions : a catalogue of over 30 turnkey training sessions, lasting one week, organised in the applicant’s country (local authorities, rural and environmental development, public finance, public contracts, management, training and project management).
- “A la carte” training sessions : thanks to its network of skills and its knowledge in designing sessions, every year the “Institut Forhom” organises “a la carte” training sessions, either in France or in the applicant’s country, covering many subjects.
In addition to organising training sessions, the “Institut Forhom” also provides its expertise in training: developing training modules, training of trainers, skill referencing, training plans and strengthening training centres.
Assistance in setting up and strengthening professional training systems:
- Evaluating professional training systems;
- Advising professional training systems;
- Preparing skill referencing and training plans;
- Assisting in the modernisation of training systems;
- Setting up professional training programmes.
