"Support to Improving the Business Environment for Small and Rural Enterprises" in Montenegro – Financing from the EU and IPA.
Egis Bdpa, leader of the consortium Belgian Bankers Academy - SNV Netherlands Development Organisation - Montenegro Business Alliance (MBA), has been awarded the contract "Support to Improving the Business Environment for Small and Rural Enterprises" in Montenegro – Financing from the EU and IPA.
The project involves developing the private sector and in particular rural SMEs.
It comprises three main components:
- developing the business climate,
- facilitating rural companies’ access to finance through the setting up of a credit guarantee fund,
- developing business incubators.
In order to achieve this, the following will be mobilised: a Team Leader, a Financial Expert, an Incubator Expert, short-term international experts and short-term local experts.
The duration of the project is 24 months, beginning in March 2010.
