Information and communication
Information management and communication represent major centres of excellence within Egis Bdpa, either in specific projects or as components of larger projects.
Our approach is based on responding to user needs in terms of quality, relevance of services and information marketing.
Egis Bdpa covers a wide range of activities:
- Communication and awareness-raising:
Design and introduction of communication and awareness-raising campaigns; preparation of communication plans; carrying out information products; assistance in introducing IT communication processes and events’ organisation.
- Information and communication technology (ICT) development:
Definition and setting up of pilot teleservices (e-government, e-business, etc.); setting up and management of Internet-accessible data bases; intranet and extranet; ICT training; raising awareness on using ICT and IT setting up.
- Assistance to information services:
Analysis and diagnosis of information services and resource centres; information products and relevant services and documentary design and strategy.
- Design and organisation of information networks:
Organisation of information and people networks; collecting information and dissemination.
- Taking advantage of and promoting information (knowledge management):
Design of feedback and best practice sharing systems; knowledge management; development of products using different media (paper, electronic, multimedia, etc.).
