Expenditure system and poverty monitoring improvement support project (PACDIP) – Internal auditing training
“Institut Forhom”, the Egis Bdpa training department, has been awarded the contract concerning the internal auditing training of the “Projet d’Appui à l’Amélioration du Circuit de la Dépense et du Suivi de la Pauvreté” (PACDIP - Expenditure system and poverty monitoring improvement support project) in Congo Brazzaville, through financing from the African Development Bank.
The training will be organised as follows:
- 2 training sessions, each lasting 10 days, in Brazzaville on “Le contrôle budgétaire dans le cadre d’une gestion axée sur les résultats” (Budgetary control as part of result-based management)
- 2 training sessions, each lasting 10 days, in Brazzaville on “L’audit des finances publiques” (Public Finance auditing)
Registration for standard training sessions in La Rochelle (France) will also be organised as follows:
- 4 people for “Du contrôle financier au contrôle budgétaire” (from financial control to budgetary control)
- 4 people for “L’audit financier et de performances” (financial and performance auditing)
This contract will last for 7 months and should begin in March 2010.
